KAYAIRE SHIPPING POLICY
All items ordered and paid for will ship within 2 to 3 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description. Once shipped, please allow 5 business days for your order to arrive with standard shipping. Most orders are shipped with USPS.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped with USPS and may take up to 10 business days to arrive.
We are unable to ship to forwarding addresses. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system.
Free standard shipping is valid on the US orders over $60 before tax and after discount. To better serve our customers and offer them the best shipping experience all orders are shipped from California.

International orders may be required to pay for duties upon delivery. Kayaire does not assume responsibility for these payments. The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and Kayaire does not reimburse these costs.
For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order.
Please note, if you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS/ ADDRESS CHANGES
We at Kayaire work hard to help you get your order as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process to be shipped. This, unfortunately, means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed, including address changes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
10-day refund to your original form of payment.
If by chance you are not completely in love with your Kayaire purchase, you can return items in their original packaging for a full refund. When you have a return we will send you a return label for your package. Our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you with processing an exchange for a different product. Please note that this policy applies only to Kayaire products shipped directly to you by Kayaire. An original sales receipt or packing slip must accompany your product return request.
